Here it is – my Book Club’s 2022-2023 Short List Book Selections!

Thanks to all who contributed their thoughts on the Facebook post of my book club’s pitched long list. It definitely helped me make some decisions. Every year it feels like we are overwhelmed by how many great books have been pitched. It is every reader’s quandary – too many books, not enough time!
(For a refresher on how my book club makes its selections, go here.)
But, decisions must be made, and so we did. I would love for you to read along with us. If you do, be sure to share your thoughts!
July – Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles
August – Crossing to Safety by Wallace Stegner
September – Fires of Autumn by Irene Nemirovsky
