Here it is! My book club’s short list of books to read July 2023-June 2024. I’m more excited about this list than usual and think it has tremendous promise for being a year of some of our highest overall ratings. (That would be compared to this year; consider that a spoiler alert on my upcoming rating’s review for 2022-2023 books.)
Of the long list of pitches, I had read exactly half of them, so I’m not surprised that this list contains five I’ve already read. That is all right by me because all of those deserve or will be an enjoyable re-read on my part.

Remember that our book club takes December off for a holiday book and wine swap, and then we’ll pitch books again in May.
