Long ListLast night the SOC Sistas gathered for their annual book pitching event (described here). Below is the complete list of nominations. These will go into a survey where each person will select the 10 they want to read. The 10 books with the most votes will make our 2014/15 list.

I seriously don’t know how we’re going to do it. On my first glance down the list, there were really only about five that I couldn’t get excited about reading, and those were mostly because I’ve read them. I am very excited to see what makes the final cut.

So, how about some help?! Which of these have you read, and what would you recommend? Are there any we should stay away from?
